Revoke Google Access

If you have been instructed to revoke access to Caseload Manager from your Google account, please follow these steps:

1. If you have not already done so, log out of CM using the "Log off" link under your name (upper right corner).
2. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/connections.
3. Select Caseload Manager in the list.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Delete all connections you have with Caseload Manager"
5. Click "Confirm"
6. Sign in to CM again.
7. You will be required to grant CM access to Google again.
